No registration is required to buy Syphon coffee maker, coffee dripper, brew coffee filters, barista tools, etc.   However, we recommend register in order to get access to order-tracking, newsletters, offers and promotions. Anyway, it is always possible to make an order of products from Chemex, Hario, Aeropress, Bonavita, Able, Mahlkönig, Espro and CDN as a “Guest” (no registration require).

Yes, you can cancel your order of coffe dripper, grinder or other Barista tools. You’ll have to contact us by email at info@baristashop.com or telephone. If your order is being shipped or it has already been delivered, we will consider it as a return.

We take your order of Coffee drippers, coffee filters, Syphon coffee maker and other barista tools within the entire European continent. For shipments to countries are not in the list, please send a mail to info@baristashop.com. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

When placing your order of Coffee filter, Chemex, Aeropress, coffee dripper or other barista tool, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive it, please contact us before ordering by e-mail at info@baristashop.com or telephone.

Throughout the buying process, i.e., while browsing, you can add and/or remove any product you want. But you can do this only before paying. Once payment is made, you cannot change the order.

We are distributing our accessories for coffee shops, coffee dripper, syphon coffee makers, Chemex, Aeropress, Hario and other barista tools by Express Courier. Shipments to Europe usually take from 4 or 14 business days (depending the country of destiny). For more information, please contact info@baristashop.com to check delivery times. All shipments are subject to product availability.

Indeed, we have reserved a space in the form for billing and shipping address where you can tell us some notes about the order, including special comments for the carrier.

For orders above 200€, the delivery will be free of charge into the European continent. Rest of shipping will be calculated for the system.

If you got a barista tool, coffee dripper, Chemex, Hario or other item with a manufacturing flaw, please contact us by mail at info@baristashop.com or telephone. Any product with manufacturing flaws will be exchanged at our expense. A carrier will collect the item and it will be replaced by a similar item in perfect condition. Remember to keep the package and box intact, as well as the shipment number and the invoice you were given.

We recommend checking all of the items right at the time of delivery. And, in case you got an item that does not match your order, please contact us by mail at info@baristashop.com  or telephone.

If you want to exchange any coffee filter, coffee dripper, syphon coffee maker or any barista tool, but not due to any defect or shipping error, we will exchange it for you, but it will be at your expense (i.e. you have to bear the costs of transportation). Contact us by email at info@baristashop.com or telephone to make the change or withdrawal of the product.

Barista Shop just distributes the barista tools trademarks Chemex, Hario, Aeropress, Mahlkönig, Able, Bonavitam CDN and Esprors, but we do not install any grinder, syphon coffee maker or accessories. Instructions are provided so that you can do it yourself.

Contact us at info@baristashop.com or telephone and we will tell you how you to proceed to return any coffee dripper, coffee filters or any barista tool. If the return is due to a defective item or a wrong shipment you should report it within 5 days of receipt of the goods and items will be removed for free. Otherwise, they will be exchanged but at your expense.

The deadline for any refund is 5 days after purchase.

Refunds will be made by the same method of payment you used.

Yes, all prices listed on our web include VAT. You will see them detailed in your shopping cart.

You will get the invoice along with the product and the delivery note. We also send you, if necessary, the bill in PDF file by email. Keep this invoice for any possible incident.

Indeed. At the time you fill out the billing and delivery form, you have the option to indicate the name of your company (if applicable), you can also indicate whether you want the delivery address and billing to be different.

Our products offer the warranty granted by the manufacturer, as established by Real Decreto Legislativo 1/ 2007 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
Please, print the bill in PDF file we send by email, if necessary, and keep it because that is your warranty, and it must be produced to our qualified service if required.
